Taylor Rheker
Taylor is currently a doctoral student seeking a Ph.D. for Counseling and Psychology at Regent University. She is the founder of JP Restoration Counseling, PLLC and practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Supervised by Lana Bagley, LPC-S
Taylor began her education in Christian Ministry and Leadership, where her studies focused on theology and biblical literacy. She holds a Master’s degree in Licensed Professional Counseling and is passionate about helping clients find freedom to live wholeheartedly.
She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, shame, grief, hopelessness, relational challenges, and life transitions. Her counseling approach is holistic, personalized, and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and needs. She helps clients uncover the deeper factors contributing to their struggles and unhealthy patterns so they can experience lasting healing, freedom, and growth.
She integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities while emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship throughout the process. Taylor believes meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She works alongside clients to strengthen confidence and increase overall emotional well-being and life satisfaction.
